Manufacturing Controller
Established, profitable, high‑profile organization is seeking a Manufacturing Controller. The role leads accounting functions for multiple businesses without direct reports, and is a hands‑on position responsible for budgeting, forecasting, month‑ and year‑end closing, financial analysis, inventory control, ERP reporting, journal entries, treasury support, sustainability, and process improvement.

Responsibilities- Lead site budgeting and forecasting processes
- Own month and year‑end closing for multiple business units
- Perform regular financial analysis
- Monitor raw materials and perform cost analysis
- Maintain inventory controls, review inventory and adjust as necessary
- Extract data from ERP and generate reports in MS Excel
- Complete data entry, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Support team members with strong financial analysis skills
- Assist with treasury functions
- Support the sustainability process
- Collaborate with team members to maintain and improve accounting processes
- Other duties as directed by management

Candidates are preferred to be local to the Findlay, Ohio area; there is no relocation package available at this time.
