Part-Time Receptionist

Join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist, where you'll be the welcoming face and voice of Kirk Corporation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic office environment and enjoys providing excellent first impressions to visitors and callers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed appropriately.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls professionally.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including addressing and postmarking.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area, stocked with promotional materials.
• Prepare conference rooms for meetings, including checking supplies and restocking refrigerators as needed.
• Handle various clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, emailing, and faxing.
• Regularly update and distribute office phone extension lists.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, professional, and organized.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus.

• Interact with counterparts within Kirk Corporation and make certain other key personnel do the same to ensure all companies benefit from each other’s resources and experiences.
