* Key Responsibilities:

*** Greet everyone with a smile, making each visitor feel valued and at home.
* Answer phone calls, assist callers, and ensure seamless communication between families and staff.
* Help maintain children’s files and assist with tuition and registration payments.
* Participate in family events and quality improvement projects to enhance our center.## Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
* A warm, friendly personality with a passion for working with young children and their families.
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
