POSITION SUMMARY:
Serves as a member of the Law Contract Lifecycle Management Center of Excellence, responsible for contract storage, retention, insurance tracking, metadata capture, user access, training, and issue resolution related to the Sirion contract management system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the custodian of contract documents and records ensuring proper storage, organization, retrieval, retention, and disposal of contract files and related documentation throughout the CLM lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address contract-related issues & provide necessary documentation & information, address counter party issues, risks, user access issues and concerns, and identify areas for improvement to ensure effective contract management operations.
- Support internal and external audits, compliance, litigations, and hold orders by providing required contract information and documentation.
- Support the CLM Operations in managing counter party-related aspects of contracts in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage user provisioning and access within the Sirion system, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and conduct regular access reviews & collaborate with User Access Management to address access-related issues.
- Manage counter party module including creation of new counter parties and local counter parties
- Manage insurance-related aspects of contracts and vendor management to mitigate risks.
- Ensure contract compliance, performance reporting, issue / risk management, and contract reporting and metrics within the system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, best practices, and ensure efficient & effective contract management operations.
- Travel up to 10%
- This position belongs to a job progression with increasing responsibility, competency and skill level. Final position title and pay grade will be based on the selected candidate’s experience and qualifications.
- Bachelor’s Degree;or Associates Degree withtwo (2) years of experience in lieu; or four (4) years of experience in lieu.
- Education & Training desired in law,compliance,supply chain, business management, or other relevant fields.
- Two (2) or more years of relevant or industry-related experience.
- Relevant certifications in contract management or related areas preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
