Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000+ annually, based on experience.

Co., Inc., a leader in the public water and wastewater treatment industry, is seeking an experienced and detail driven Project Manager to join our team. You will work closely with company leadership to prepare accurate bids for public works projects, interpret drawings and specifications, and help secure competitive and profitable work.
What You’ll Do:- Review and analyze plans, specifications and project documents to determine project scope throughout the project.
- Negotiation and issuing of all purchase orders and subcontracts required, manage submittal process and coordinate material deliveries.
- Coordinate with the project Superintendent to plan and develop the project schedule. Update and distribute schedule updates on a regular basis.
- Communicate with General Superintendent and project Superintendent for coordinating the proper manpower, equipment and proper means and methods to perform the required tasks safely and efficiently.
- Make regular jobsite visits for updates and continued coordination with the site Superintendent.
- Communication and correspondence with owner and design engineer on all aspects of the project and meetings including pre-construction meetings.
- Prepare a schedule of values, monthly pay applications, review and approve subcontractor and supplier invoices.
- Estimate and prepare change requests and manage change orders.
- Update management regularly on project progress and issues.
- Track, update and prepare cost to complete reports for all ongoing projects.
- Recognize, manage, and determine responsibility for risk. This includes out of scope work, changes or unforeseen conditions, with interference and delays.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in construction, construction project management or related field.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and blueprint-reading skills.
- Proficiency with software, cost databases, and Microsoft Office (Microsoft Project and Project Management software experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with record of meeting bid deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
