Facility: A medical practice specializing in urology offers a range of services related to the diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system.

• 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume
• Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center
• 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
• No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
• Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections)
• Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, Uro Nav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, Uro Lift, Nitrous)
• Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion
• Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers
