Job/Practice Description:

  • Infectious Disease Physician
  • Location:

    Findlay, OH (1hr 30mins from Detroit)
  • 100% infectious disease
  • Blend of inpatient 70% and outpatient 30%
  • Schedule:

    One week hospital service (hospital call, consults and return patients);
    One week 3 clinic days 8a-5p and two days off
  • Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
  • Office located on the hospital campus
  • Patients have option to receive intravenous antibiotics at home, outpatient infusion center or nursing home
  • Staff provide travel consultations, immunizations and immigration physicals
  • Full complement of medical and surgical specialties and interventional radiology
  • 24-hour in-house hospitalist services
  • Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
  • Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
  • Student support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
