Blanchard Valley Health System, an independent, nonprofit, physician-led health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, is seeking a physician to serve as Medical Director of Urgent Care & Occupational Health in Findlay, Northwest Ohio. This role features an 80% clinical and 20% administrative leadership split, providing acute urgent care and occupational medicine services while overseeing clinical policies and mentoring providers.

Responsibilities
- Provide urgent care services for acute illnesses and injuries
- Deliver occupational medicine services
- Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
- Oversee quality initiatives and OPPE processes
- Collaborate with and support Advanced Practice Providers
- Train and onboard new providers
- Partner with operational leaders to advance service line goals
Compensation
- $300,000 base salary (includes vacation and CME)
- $300,000 to $350,000 / Year
- $100,000 signing bonus ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year
2)

- MD, DO
- Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification required
