Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS), an independent, nonprofit, physician-led health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network, is seeking a physician to serve as Medical Director of Urgent Care & Occupational Health in Findlay, Northwest Ohio. This role involves split responsibilities, dedicating 80% to clinical practice across Urgent Care and Occupational Health and 20% to administrative leadership duties. Providers will enjoy a supportive environment within a recognized top micropolitan community with convenient access to major regional hubs.

Responsibilities
- Provide urgent care services for acute illnesses and injuries
- Deliver occupational medicine services
- Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and protocols
- Oversee quality initiatives and OPPE processes
- Collaborate with and support Advanced Practice Providers
- Train and onboard new providers
- Partner with operational leaders to advance service line goals
Compensation
- $300,000 base salary (includes vacation and CME)
- $100,000 signing bonus ($50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year
2) - $5,000 annual CME
- $10,000 relocation assistance

Qualifications
- Candidate Type: MD, DO
- Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification preferred
- Willingness to obtain Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification required
