Otolaryngologist

Blanchard Valley Health System is seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngologist to join ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio, an independent, nonprofit, physician-led health system and member of the Mayo Clinic Care Network in Findlay, Ohio. The role offers a 50% general ENT and 50% subspecialty focus with a physician-directed schedule, a collaborative team, and strong specialty support. Practice Info

• Hospital-employed practice at ENT Specialists of Northwest Ohio
• Established team of 1 ENT physician, 3 APPs, and 3 audiologists
• Level III Trauma Center with trauma surgeons on call
• Dedicated OR time at Blanchard Valley Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, and Bluffton Hospital
• Strong specialty support across 54 specialties with a collegial medical staff of 750+ providers

Responsibilities

• Practice a 50% General ENT / 50% Subspecialty Focus
• Provide physician backup for call up to 10 days/month

Compensation

• $600,000 guaranteed base salary
• $600,000-$800,000+ total potential compensation with uncapped wRVU incentive
• Call pay: $600/day
• $100,000 signing bonus ($50K Year 1, $50K Year
  2)

Shift & Schedule

• Full Time
• Physician-directed schedule: 3-5 days per week with flexibility in hours and ability to subspecialize
• APPs take first call; physician provides backup only, up to 10 days/month (negotiable)
