Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as aManufacturing Engineer, where you'll drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Reporting to the Manager of Production Engineering, you'll be involved in hands-on process development, tooling design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations
• Design and update equipment, tooling, and layouts for efficiency and performance
• Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, SOPs, and other process documentation
• Analyze defects and customer claims to identify root causes and recommend solutions
• Support new product launches and ensure smooth integration into production
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong hands-on skills with the ability to learn quickly in a practical environment
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using engineering software
• Good communication and computer skills
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO standards, and process improvement tools
