Systems Administrator

The National Lime and Stone Company, a multi-plant natural resource company, has a Systems Administrator position available. This position is based in Findlay, OH.

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team at The National Lime and Stone Company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across our facilities. Your contributions will directly support our mission of safety and sustainability.

• Windows Server Hardware/Software, Active Directory and Exchange
• Network and Phone Infrastructure
• Virtualization Environment (VMware experience preferred)
• Disaster Recovery Architecture, Shared Storage, and Backup processes
• Point-of-Sale software and EDI messaging processes

Ability to communicate with end-users, diagnose and solve issues promptly

Proactively identify ways to increase efficiency of employees through technology

Evaluate new solutions that may work alongside existing applications and procedures to ensure proper integration

• Computer Science or information Systems degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Excellent computer skills – support of Microsoft Windows Server/Workstation and Microsoft 365 Technologies
• Experience in IT Systems Administration responsibilities
• MCSE and/or MCSA, Windows, Cisco, Security certifications a plus
• Ability to work both independently and with IT or cross-functional teams
• Resourceful and well-organized with keen attention to detail
