Hands-on experience with Service Now is needed.

• ITIL Foundation is a must; CSAM Certification is preferred.
• Candidate who has worked in Software Asset Management will be preferred.
• Expertise in Excel reporting.
• Exceptional customer service skills and client focus.
• Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language.
• Knowledge of different vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.) and their licensing models is a must.
• Should be able to analyze the impact of any change in the IT environment/infrastructure on licensing.
• Candidate should have experience with Service Now SAM Pro Module.

• Monitoring of SAM Process, set-up of status reports and improvement process based on best practices.
• Planning, steering, and training of the other license management roles.
• Quality check related to commercial information.
• Evaluation and management of measures based on the current compliance situation (e.g., license transfer).
• Elaboration of a realistic forecast of software (maintenance) requirements (Demand planning).
• Regular provision of information about the commercial entitlements (purchases, agreements).
• Storage of the license certificates.
• Carry out License Optimization activities on both server and client applications.
• Set-up and maintaining of the software entitlement inventory.
• Provision of relevant data for SAM or in case of audits.
• Documentation of the license situation / Preparation of license balance.
• Analysis / Consulting of necessary measures.
• Enrichment of data with SAM relevant information.
• Elaboration and publishing of the license position of all products based on the license metric.
• Define and produce the reports in line with the requirements of the customer.
• Able to report on under and over licensed software.
• Communicate audit findings with senior level executives while preserving client relationships.
