• Competitive Compensation – targeted first‑year total earning of $50,000–$54,277 with a 45‑hour work week.

As a Management Trainee you will learn our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the operational expert behind the scenes. In a structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, grow new business and lead a team.

You will receive guidance, mentorship, and community outreach training to build relationships essential for business development.

• Bachelor's degree or within two semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the last three years and no drug or alcohol related convictions within the past five years (DWI/DUI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship.
