Base Pay: $21 an hour minimum. Night shift includes an additional $0.65 shift differential.

This is an incentive piece rate position with potential earnings between $24.50 and $37.50 per hour. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available, with $250 paid after the first week and $750 after 90 days, for new employees only.

The Production Associates operate manufacturing equipment and perform manual labor related to tire and tire component production.

• Punctuality and attendance are crucial for operational success and team morale.

Shift Information: Most new hires will start on 2nd or 3rd shift, with 8-hour shifts:

• 1st shift: 7 am - 3 pm
• 2nd shift: 3 pm - 11 pm
• 3rd shift: 11 pm - 7 am

Work Environment: Fast-paced, heavy industrial setting in Findlay, Ohio. Conditions may be hot, cold, and noisy. Safety protocols, including PPE, must be followed.

• Lifting/carrying 50-75 pounds repeatedly
• Standing, walking, stooping, crawling, crouching around equipment
• Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
• Ensuring product quality and assisting with repairs
• Cleaning and record-keeping

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform physical tasks
