$1,000 sign on bonus. $250 will be paid to eligible employees after the completion of their first week of employment. The remaining $750 will be paid after 90 days of employment. Candidate must be a new employee and not a rehire to be eligible.

Base Pay: $24.97 per hour. Night crew would receive an additional $0.65 shift differential.

Shift: 12-hour nights, 6pm–6am, 2-2-3 work schedule.

Location: Findlay, Ohio Plant.

• General duties for the Mechanical Utility position, including rack repair (green tire racks, wing carts, tread trays, etc.).
• Support tasks such as fire watch, confined space watch, and assisting Millwrights with repairs (conveyor belts, line shaft, heavy items, etc.).
• Work is assigned to individual departments and may cover the entire plant.
• Required tools include welding helmet and support equipment, cutting torch, cutoff tool, band saw, and general hand tools (toolbox, gloves, wrench set, SAE & Metric Allen wrenches, hammer, wire brush, etc.).
• Ideal candidates have PIT operation experience, can read general prints, and follow job plans.

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations
• Welding certificate or competency (MIG and Stick)
• 2 years of industrial experience with tasks related to the position or VOAG school completion
• Must complete aptitude test administered by an outside party

• Environmental conditions can be hot, cold, and noisy
• Safety is the highest priority; safety procedures and PPE (hearing protection, eye protection, protective clothing, steel-toed shoes) are required
