OPEN PRODUCTION POSITIONS

Valgroup, one of the world’s largest plastic producers and recyclers, is hiring for open production positions in Findlay, Ohio. These roles involve machine operations in shrink bags, industrial films, and specialty films.

We have openings in various shift schedules, covering both full‑time and flexible shifts.

• Operate and maintain production machinery for shrink bag and film manufacturing.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met on the shop floor.
• Assist with shift scheduling and meet production target goals.
• Maintain accurate production records and report issues promptly.

• Operator pay $21–$24 per hour, depending on shift and position.
• Production Assistant starting pay $19.50 per hour.
• 50% pay increase after 6 months of employment.
