• Lead product development and trials
• Develop programs for product engineering
• Assess demands and project deadlines
• Coordinate and prioritize customer requests
• Continuous improvement of development processes
• Collaboration with operational support including production, planning, quality, and sales
• KPI reporting and analysis

• 4-year Chemical Engineering or similar degree and experience
• 3 years’ experience in plastic films manufacturing
• Experience leading and managing teams and projects
