Customer Service/Batcher/Dispatcher at Ready-Mix Concrete - Findlay, OH
The National Lime and Stone Company, a multi-plant natural resource company, has a full-time Customer Service/Batcher/Dispatcher opening at the Ready Mix Concrete facility, located in Findlay, Ohio.
Responsibilities- Work directly with customers to schedule shipments
- Must be flexible on work schedule
- Ensure excellent quality of materials and products loaded into delivery trucks
- At least a 2-year college degree or equivalent
- Leadership skills and experience
- High energy and initiative
- Focused on process improvement
- Preferred but not required: general knowledge of ready mix concrete production, scheduling and delivery
- Preferred but not required: general mechanical and maintenance aptitude
