About the Role

The Control Room Coordinators work in Laboratory Testing areas (Stock testing, Fabric testing, or Raw Materials testing). You will assist the Lead Lab Technician in all laboratory functions and material testing, including sampling restricted stock, fabric, wire, raw materials, and components, conducting tests, and reporting results within established guidelines. You may also support the Chemist/Lead Lab Technician with additional tasks to maintain plant performance.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring punctuality and attendance to support operations and foster a positive team environment.

Shift Details:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with weekend overtime as needed.
• This position is on 3rd shift: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Overtime may be required for coverage during vacations and absences.

• Fast-paced, heavy industrial environment with exposure to temperature variations, forklift traffic, fumes, and noise.
• Safety is a priority; PPE such as hearing and eye protection, and steel-toed shoes are required.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights, with accommodations if needed.
