Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Warehouse Lead to support operations at our client’s Findlay, OH location. This role focuses on inventory management, material handling, and warehouse operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Issue and receive materials under proper authorization, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Check and inspect incoming materials for quantity, quality, and condition; process related records.
- Operate computer systems and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word) for inventory tracking.
- Maintain and organize storeroom and laydown yard inventory; perform regular cycle counts.
- Prepare and pack materials for shipment, including handling hazardous materials in compliance with safety standards.
- Operate various material handling equipment, such as forklifts, telehandlers, and cranes.
- Assist with loading, unloading, hauling, and delivering materials using company vehicles (MVR required).
- Support reorganization and maintenance of efficient material storage systems.
- Adhere to all safety policies and promote a Zero Harm work culture.
- Perform miscellaneous or related duties as assigned under supervision.
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, or material handling. - Technical
Skills:- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience with inventory management software (e.g., Maximo preferred).
- Basic math and record‑keeping skills.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs safely and pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT).
- Capable of working in both indoor and outdoor environments and all weather conditions.
- Licenses:
Valid state driver’s license (CDL preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months). - Preferred:
- Experience with heavy equipment such as Case 821 (Wheel Loader) and JLG Telehandler.
- Construction or outdoor work experience.

- Outdoor and indoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Required:
Steel‑toe boots, jeans or long pants, T‑shirt (no inappropriate graphics). - PPE provided (side shields for eyeglasses must be supplied by the employee).
- Some local travel may be required.
- Contract employees may be asked to relocate temporarily or permanently within a designated territory.
