We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a clinic in Findlay, OH.
- Clinic is for primary care and occupational health for employees of abusiness.
- Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice.
- Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed.
- Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments.
- Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice.
- Utilizes Epic EMRfor patient health records to ensure accurate andup-to-date records
- Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
- Setting: Employer-based wellness center
- Job Type:PRN
- Duration:As Needed
- Shift:7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $43-$45/hr
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in primary care, family medicine, or other ambulatory care/outpatient experience
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
