• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
• Conduct driving and walking patrols both inside and outside the facility.
• Monitor access control, alarm systems, and camera systems.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for security officers/guards.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods; climb stairs, walk inclines, and move on uneven terrain.
• Frequent lifting/moving up to 10 lbs and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
