What You'll Do
  • Learn the ins and outs of each client campaign across wireless, home services, and renewable energy.
  • Engage directly with customers in face‑to‑face settings, promoting products and services while driving strong engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals tied to customer conversions and engagement quality.
  • Capture and manage customer information accurately to build trust and long‑term relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities through community outreach, events, and in‑person interactions.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with existing customers to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Share field insights, customer feedback, and emerging trends with the leadership team to improve campaign performance.
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and ongoing professional development sessions.
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or customer‑facing engagement (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • A self‑starter with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
  • Competitive, goal‑driven, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Adaptable team player who enjoys connecting with people in person.
Position Requirements
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods during customer interactions and events.
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs for event setups, displays, and daily field activities.
