Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School)

7 D Pay Rate: $3114.00 - $3209.00
Work in a K-12 school setting with a caseload of 55 students, possibly traveling between two locations. You will provide speech and language therapy, develop and implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and collaborate with district staff to support student communication and learning needs. A current California SLP license is required.
Experience with school-aged children, strong assessment and therapy skills, and familiarity with IEP systems are recommended. Required Qualifications Speech/Language Pathologist, School Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
State License is Required to Start the Assignment
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
