Electrician II

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an Electrician II role in Firebaugh, CA. Our client is a well-established industry leader in food production, known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. With a focus on continuous improvement, they are looking for dependable individuals to join their team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, install, and test motor control devices, switch panels, transformers, solenoids, generator windings, and other electrical equipment.

• Modify electrical prototypes to correct functional issues under the direction of the Electrical Manager.

• Install power supply and control wiring for machines and equipment such as conveyors and programmable controllers.

• Install wiring and electrical components in designated electrical panels.

• Connect power supply and control wires to equipment, as well as cable systems between machines.

Qualifications:

• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong English language skills: able to read safety rules, maintenance instructions, and manuals; capable of writing reports and presenting information clearly.

• Basic math skills including ability to compute ratios and interpret bar graphs.

• Ability to interpret instructions and resolve practical problems in a standardized industrial environment.

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and be available for extended hours, weekend work, and various shifts during the fresh pack season (typically July through early October).
