Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Budding Futures ABA
Pay: $24–$30 per hour (based on experience, availability, and credentials)
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Location: Firestone, CO 80504
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Collect accurate data during each session
Communicate consistently with supervising BCBAs and care team
Support children in developing communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills
Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a positive presence with families
Active RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training
Reliable and consistent attendance
Ability to work independently with BCBA support
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Commitment to working with children and families
