The Role

We’re looking for an energetic and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team!
PRN to full-time opportunities available in the Denver Metro area. You will play a critical role in welcoming new patients into our care by completing OASIS Start of Care assessments and developing personalized care plans.

This role offers the flexibility of choosing your own working hours with patients in their home
, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact on each patient’s life.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct comprehensive Start of Care (SOC) OASIS assessments to create individualized care plans and complete Recertifications or Discharges as needed
  • Provide hands-on nursing care
    , including administering medications, wound care, catheterization, tube feedings, trach/vent care, and various additional nursing tasks
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, guiding them through their care journey
  • Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Document patient care and progress using the Kan Time EHR system
  • Contribute to our mission of providing superior quality care that exceeds expectations

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
