Position Summary

As a Team Member, you will prepare food and serve guests, maintaining high-quality standards by following our safety and quality protocols.

Job Functions
  • Prepare food according to recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
  • Restock the front line with prepared products during peak times.
  • Follow food safety standards and report any questionable practices or deliveries.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and have fun.
  • Exceed guest expectations whenever possible.
  • Work cooperatively with management and team members, representing QDOBA positively.
  • Monitor and maintain product quality.
  • Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
  • Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
  • Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.
  • Keep stations clean, organized, and stocked.
