In partnership with Harba Solutions, Stevanato Group is hiring for an onsite Human Resources Business Partner at our new facility in Fishers!

Responsibilities:

• Monitors the maintenance status for the relevant processes assigned, evaluates risks and issues, addressing mitigation actions and implements solutions within the defined timeline as needed, in accordance with the leader above.
• Deals with guesthouse contracts and agreements accordingly with the local legal requirements as well as the company guidelines and procedures.
• Identities opportunities and offer recommendations to implement solution in order to improve operational activities and timely response to various internal stakeholder request
• Participates actively and proactively in the assigned projects, providing the project team with delivered actions acting as enabler of synergy and efficiency across the involved processes of general services and administration.
• Interacts and communicates with internal and external stakeholders regularly and effectively, aimed at fostering the knowledge sharing approach and circulation of information both at local and corporate level.

• 2+ years of similar experience within a large or multinational company
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Experience managing several company projects simultaneously
