Your ScheduleTuesday–Thursday: 7:15 AM–4:00 PM
Dental or medical administrative experience
Knowledge of dental procedures and treatment plan presentation
Experience educating patients about treatment and financial options
Dental insurance knowledge preferred
Familiarity with CDT codes
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Welcome patients and manage check-in and check-out.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
Answer phones and respond to patient questions.
Verify dental insurance benefits, including deductibles, annual maximums, copayments, and coverage limitations.
Present treatment estimates and help patients understand their financial responsibilities.
Submit insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims as needed.
Collect payments and assist with billing questions and financial arrangements.
Maintain accurate patient records while protecting confidential information.
Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants to support efficient daily operations.
Assist with administrative tasks, appointment reminders, and maintaining an organized front office.
