As the Preschool Director, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our school. You will:

• Maintain compliance with state licensing and accreditation while raising the bar beyond minimum standards.

We’re seeking a dynamic, confident Preschool Director with:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood program, with proven success in staff management and school operations.
• Strong financial acumen—skilled in budgeting, enrollment management, and resource allocation.
• A track record of building high‑performing teams
