• Become the go-to subject matter expert on retirement plan audits for the firm
• Work closely with wealth management partners on integrated client solutions

• On-site in Fishers, IN for collaboration with partners and audit team

Our client is a dynamic CPA firm in Fishers, IN that is expanding its 401(k) audit and ERISA compliance practice. The firm is integrated with wealth management and insurance partners, which creates a steady pipeline of retirement plan audit work. • Lead and review 401(k) and other ERISA plan audits in accordance with ERISA, GAAP, and relevant AICPA standards
• Develop and execute audit plans, testing procedures, and documentation for defined contribution plans
• Manage client relationships, fieldwork, and deliverables across multiple concurrent engagements
• Coordinate with internal teams and wealth management partners to ensure cohesive client service
• Identify opportunities to expand the retirement plan audit client base and participate in business development efforts
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on ERISA and plan audit requirements
• Help build out methodology, templates, and best practices for the ERISA audit practice

• Active CPA license
• 5+ years of audit experience with a strong focus on 401(k) and ERISA plan audits
• Proven track record managing audits from planning through completion
• Strong understanding of ERISA, DOL rules, and GAAP as applied to benefit plan audits
• Comfortable interfacing with clients, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Indianapolis metro area
