You Must Have:

• The ability to work Sunday-Monday
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
• Love of sales, monthly goals, and winning prizes!
• Salon experience an asset, or other customer service experience
• Strong technical skills and experience using a Mac computer

Job Responsibilities:

• Be the first and last impression for guests, representing the Blo brand
• Be professional, friendly, tactful, and able to diffuse tense situations to turn experiences into positive ones
• Enjoy customer service and meeting sales goals
• Maintain a professional, clean, fun, and respectful work environment
• Participate in routine training and skill development

Base hourly pay plus bonuses and incentives.
