Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role at Little Star ABA Therapy. Little Star ABA Therapy works with children, teens, and young adults affected by autism. Operating as a non-profit organization, we use our resources to ensure quality services to our patients, and to invest in our staff and the autism community. Our clinical leadership consists of experts in the field of ABA, including three PhDs and a world-class advisory board.

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position is one of the most important roles within our organization! As an RBT, you will implement your patient’s individualized program written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you will help your patient learn new skills that are truly beneficial to them and their family. Some of the targets we work on are social, communication, vocational, and life skills.

We support patients from two years old to young adults. Services are implemented in the most appropriate setting for the patient and can include the therapy center, home, school, workplace, and/or other community-based setting. The RBT position offers a lot of variety as each day can look a little different!

• At least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable and safe vehicle, and a clean driving record

• RBT certification. If not certified at time of offer, must be attained within the orientation/training period or before working with patients. Little Star will cover the cost associated with obtaining certification
