Looking to jumpstart your future career as a BCBA? BACA is hiring a Senior Behavior Specialist (SBS) to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based, contemporary ABA therapy to children with autism.

For nearly 15 years, the Behavior Analysis Center for Autism (BACA) has provided evidence‑based, contemporary ABA therapy to help children with autism find success. Our goal is to empower our clients to build the skills needed to live a happy and fulfilling life.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s degree program
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or expected to sit for the BCBA exam within 12 months of obtaining a master’s
  • Supervision hours in progress or completed (as outlined by BACB requirements)
  • Certification, registration, and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior treatment

  • Provide behavior treatment by protocol to clients, as‑needed
  • Provide clinical direction to technicians, as‑needed
  • Assist behavior analysts in protocol modification, assessments, family treatment guidance, treatment planning and clinical programming
  • Follow guidelines regarding time spent on non‑billable activities
  • Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
  • Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
  • Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
  • Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
  • Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Responsibilities
