Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a friendly, welcoming Front Desk Agent to join our busy hotel team at Home2 Suites by Hilton. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help create a smooth, memorable stay by handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and quickly addressing questions and requests. If you enjoy hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering great guest service, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule Type: Full-time and Part-time

• Welcome and assist guests during arrival and departure

• Process payments, manage accounts, and issue room keys

• Answer questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to support guest needs

• Maintain accurate reservation and guest records
