Technical Recruiter – Onsite (ENGINEERING or Life Sciences Focus)

About The Role

We are seeking a driven Recruiter with experience in IT, Engineering, or Life Sciences recruiting to join our team. This is a 100% onsite position with a consultancy that partners with leading Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies to deliver exceptional talent for high-impact teams.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent across the life sciences industry.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks within IT, Engineering, and Life Sciences fields.
• Develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
• Collaborate with your team to hit recruitment and revenue goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and market insights to strengthen recruitment strategies.
• Thrive in a goal-oriented, competitive environment where success is rewarded.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (agency, staffing, or corporate).
• Passion for sales, recruiting, and relationship-building.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Resilient, competitive, and motivated to exceed goals.
• Ability to work in a team-driven office environment (onsite only).
• Flexibility to work extended hours when needed to meet client deadlines.
