Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant / Manager to lead and deliver complex strategic supply chain design projects, while building strong, lasting client relationships and developing high‑performing project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of supply chain design and transformation projects —from scoping and planning to execution and successful handover.
• Align project objectives with client strategic goals, ensuring tangible and sustainable business benefits.
• Drive adoption of best practices in network design, inventory strategy, and transportation optimization.

• Serve as the primary interface for senior leaders, guiding strategic discussions and influencing decision‑making.
• Translate analytical insights into compelling business cases that resonate at VP and C‑suite levels.
• Build trusted partnerships to position Miebach as a long‑term strategic advisor.

• Oversee advanced modeling efforts using tools such as Coupa (LLamasoft),
  Optilogic
  , AIMMS
  , or equivalent platforms.
• Ensure analytical outputs are rigorous, actionable, and aligned with the broader project strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and coach consultants and analysts—enhancing technical, analytical, and consulting skills.
• Foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on quality delivery and client value.
• Provide structured feedback and training to strengthen internal capability.

• Contribute to methodology enhancements, internal tools, and Miebach intellectual capital.
• Support business development through solution design, proposal contributions, and client presentations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related field.
• Experience:
• 8+ years in supply chain design, optimization, or analytics.
• Proven success in leading consulting engagements and managing stakeholders.
• Experience in large‑scale and complex supply chain transformation programs.
• Comfortable working in a project‑based, client‑facing consulting model.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Modeling Tools:
  Coupa Supply Chain Design (LLamasoft), AIMMS, River Logic
• Programming/Scripting:
  Python, SQL; familiarity with solvers like Gurobi/CPLEX is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with presence to engage VP and C‑suite audiences.
• Excellent structured communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Leadership mindset with coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Comfortable working in cross‑functional, multicultural environments.
