2nd Shift Scanning Technician

The Scanning Technician provides a high-quality customer experience across Memory Ventures' brands, including Scan Cafe, by processing and digitizing photographic materials accurately and efficiently. This is a full-time, direct-to-company position (NOT temporary, no sales involved) based at our Fishers, Indiana facility.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Pay: $13/hour + production bonus

• Process high volumes of customer orders by scanning and digitizing photos, negatives, slides, and other photographic formats
• Accurately maintain logs, records, and quality standards for each order
• Follow special instructions for individual orders
• Meet personal and team targets in both quality and quantity
• Support team members and collaborate across departments as needed
• Represent the company's values through professional behavior and communication

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18+ years of age, no felony convictions
• Fluency in English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort using computers and software, including Epson Scan, Nikon Scan, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and internet browsers
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes
• Positive "can-do" attitude

• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Seated for most of the shift while operating scanning equipment and computer
• Manual dexterity for computer use, file handling, and scanning

• Climate-controlled office environment
• Normal office noise levels (below 85 dB TWA)
