Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site position is located in Fishers, IN. The Producer/Agent will build relationships with clients to advise on and provide tailored insurance products that meet their needs across auto, home, life, business, and farm sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and build a client base.
  • Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs.
  • Offer personalized insurance solutions.
  • Maintain client accounts and ensure ongoing service.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
  • Engage proactively with the community to foster trust and strengthen relationships.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and their applications in areas such as auto, life, home, business, and farm.
  • Proven ability in client relationship management, sales, and effective communication.
  • Skills in market analysis, prospecting, and business development.
  • Customer service excellence, including addressing client concerns with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
  • Active insurance licensing or willingness to obtain required licenses within a specified timeframe.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or relevant experience in insurance is an advantage.
