Miebach Consulting, a global leader in supply chain and logistics solutions , is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to strengthen our North American Planning practice . In this role, you will lead high‑impact projects , collaborate with clients to enhance their planning processes , and contribute to business development .

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute supply chain planning projects , ensuring successful implementation and measurable client results .
• Utilize APS software and other planning tools to optimize demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes .
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement best‑in‑class supply chain solutions .
• Develop and present data‑driven recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency .

Client Engagement & Advisory:

• Work closely with clients to understand supply chain challenges and provide tailored planning solutions .
• Serve as a trusted advisor on demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP best practices.
• Support business development efforts , identifying opportunities and contributing to client proposals .

Team & Knowledge Development:

• Mentor and support junior team members in supply chain planning best practices and technology solutions .
• Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives to enhance Miebach’s expertise in supply chain planning .

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, S&OP, or APS software implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets to drive decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Consulting experience is a plus.
