Overview

Join Walmart as a (USA) Digital Coach in Fishers, IN. You will recruit and develop qualified associates, coordinate staffing, and support business growth initiatives.

$65,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr

• Recruit, hire, mentor, and develop associates, providing recognition and fostering a culture of belonging.

• Build high‑performing teams, embrace diversity, and promote integrity and ethical behavior.

• Coordinate staffing needs, identify improvement opportunities, and measure progress against goals.

• Ensure compliance with Walmart policies, Open Door policies, and local regulations.

• Apply data, insights, and customer‑first thinking to drive results and continuous improvement.

• 2 years of college OR 1 year of retail experience combined with 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

• For firearms facilities: successful completion of a firearms‑specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.

• For facilities that sell only ammunition: current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility.

• Attend and complete all job‑required training and assessments (e.g., Academy training, Open Door training).

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or equivalent credential through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing responsibilities.
