Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Medical-Surgical / Post-Operative Unit at IU Health Fishers - New Bed Expansion Opening Fall 2025. Part and full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Referral Bonus Eligible | Premium Pay for Weekend Option. Schedule Options:
Days & Nights - Full-Time | Part-Time | Special Weekend Option. Indiana University Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult Medical-Surgical / Post-Operative Unit

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to adult patients recovering from surgeries, illnesses, or injuries
  • Monitor patients and manage medical equipment
  • Administer medications and coordinate care plans
  • Educate patients and families on surgical procedures and recovery
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year RN experience required
  • ASN required; BSN preferred
  • Current Indiana RN license
  • Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA required
  • Additional certifications may be required based on unit specialty
