Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced LDRP RN with an active IN or compact license, AHA BLS, and NRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Newborn (LDRPN) hospital unit

• Night shift from 19:00 to 07:30

• 13-week contract assignment

• Local candidates are accepted with a reduced rate based on facility radius rule

• Care for mothers and newborns throughout the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum period

• Must provide two professional references and a copy of driver's license for consideration

• No COVID-19 vaccination requirement for onboarding

• Holiday and weekend coverage requirements may apply based on unit needs

• Travelers are encouraged to discuss contract extensions 45 days before assignment completion

• Candidates may only apply to one position within the health system at a time
Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required

• Minimum of 1 year recent LDRP RN experience

• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification through AHA/American Academy of Pediatrics required

• Fetal monitoring certification or proof of recent competency completion (AWHONN, Relias, or similar within 2 years) if not covered on the competency exam

• Nursys license verification and primary source verification required prior to start

• Candidates must have a US Social Security Number and active US home address
