Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity at Allisonville Meadows Assisted Living

Full‑time evening shift, Monday‑Friday—an opportunity to develop meaningful relationships and promote the physical and psychosocial well‑being of residents.

Use nursing skills to promote resident well‑being, contributing to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.

• Provide supportive presence for residents.
• Promote teamwork and leadership within the care team.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams for coordinated care.
• Work toward the common goal of excellent care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
