Summary

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience. They set goals, assign tasks, motivate team members, celebrate successes, and provide feedback.

Responsibilities Include

• Support a respectful team environment
• Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results
• Support training of crew members
• Provide coaching and feedback

• Create a guest-first culture
• Resolve guest issues
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed
• Maintain safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Drive sales and results
• Implement restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
• Manage cash over/short during shift
• Ensure product quality according to Brand standards

Skills/Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
• Math and writing skills
• Basic computer skills
• At least 18 years old (where applicable)
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
