• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to FEC standards.
• Operate POS systems, handle payment transactions, and follow proper payment procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace throughout the shift.
• Prepare and stock food and beverages as needed based on event demand.
• Restock products and supplies before, during, and after events.
• Follow all health department, safety, and food‑handling guidelines.
• Assist with stand set‑up, break‑down, and closing procedures.
• Communicate product shortages, guest concerns, or operational issues to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with fellow staff, volunteers, and supervisors to ensure smooth event execution.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Basic working knowledge of food and beverage and food & bar preparation.
• Basic math ability to count and handle money accurately.
• Maintain effective working relationships with clients, employees, exhibitors, patrons, and others.
• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
• Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends, and holidays.
