Shift Manager – McDonald’s Franchise

McDonald’s Franchise, a corporate-owned and independently operated restaurant, is seeking an energetic Shift Manager to lead our crew and deliver a fast, friendly customer experience.

As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations, maintain quality standards, and support the growth and development of your team.

• Lead shift operations and ensure a high‑quality guest experience.
• Plan shift activities, monitor performance, and take corrective actions to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Maintain safety, security, and profitability during your shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to provide a smooth hand‑off.
• Support Department goals and meet shift targets.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage a corporate‑owned restaurant.
