Server, Server​/Wait Staff

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Server to join our team! Servers at OPH are offered a base of $4/hour plus tips. You will help create exceptional experiences for our customers by serving tables, taking dine‑in and to‑go orders, delivering beverages timely, managing side work, and resolving customer issues.

• Take orders from bar customers for food and beverages.
• Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of your section.
• Run food as needed to both your tables and teammates.
• Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.

• Previous experience as a server.
• Ability to memorize all ingredients in both the menu and daily/weekly specials.
• General knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beer.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
• Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
